BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING
AES was an early adopter of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and has utilized it on the majority of our projects for over 19 years. We continuously upgrade our systems to align with the latest industry standards, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination across disciplines. BIM allows us to share models efficiently, streamline design data access, and enhance the quality of our documentation and structural services.
Our BIM technicians have developed and customized families and systems within Autodesk Revit to accommodate modern construction methods. Our engineers leverage these tools to create models that support design verification and coordination throughout the project. While we specialize in Revit, we are also proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, which remains preferred by some clients. Our project engineers and CAD managers work closely with clients to understand their needs, optimize modeling features, and ensure the model’s information is effectively utilized.
