ADAPTIVE REUSE
AES creatively breathes new life into existing buildings, while maintaining economic frugality for owners and developers. For decades, our firm has renovated steel, iron, masonry, wood-framed, coquina, and concrete structures. We have reinforced pre-engineered metal structures and have adapted both steel and wood designs for dramatic changes in loading.
