Lauren Baker Joins AES as a Drafting Intern

Lauren Baker joins our team as a Drafting Intern at our Pittsburgh location.

We are excited to announce that our Pittsburgh office has a new Intern, Lauren Baker!

Throughout her education, Lauren has consistently demonstrated her dedication to excellence despite relocating to Florida mid-junior year and balancing part-time work. Currently pursuing her passion for Computer Aided Drafting with a focus on Architecture at Pittsburgh Technical College, Lauren has achieved High Honors every semester. Her thirst for knowledge continues to grow with each passing day.

Now, as a Drafting Intern at Atlantic Engineering Services, Lauren is taking her first steps into the professional world. She's eager to expand her horizons under the guidance of seasoned drafters. The A/E industry, with its daily challenges and opportunities for creative thinking, is where she truly thrives.

Lauren's journey is not just about personal growth but also about setting an inspiring example. As a woman in a traditionally male-dominated field, she's breaking barriers and paving the way for other young women considering their place in the workforce.

Outside of her professional life, Lauren is a force to be reckoned with. She's a 3rd-degree black belt, a powerlifter, and a cat mom to three adorable kitties. Her favorite season is fall, and she enjoys indulging in American Horror Stories.
